Terms & Conditions

1. Price

All our prices are nett and priced in Singapore dollars. 

Final Pricing will be advised in your order confirmation / invoice via email.

2. Payment Procedures

Funds transfers via ATM or Internet banking - UOB Bank fund transfers are accepted. Please use FAST option for cross bank fund transfer so we may receive your payment instantly as order will only be processed after payment is received.

3. Confirmation of Orders

After sucessful submission of the order through our website, an email containing your order details will be immediately e-mailed to you. You will be receiving a confirmation e-mail from us once your order is confirmed within 2 working days. Payment procedure will also be included in the confirmation e-mail. Should the goods become out of stock, a notification would also be e-mailed to you.

Customers are advised to check the confirmation order carefully as we will not entertain any changes/alterations whatsoever to your order once the order has been confirmed and payment has been made.

4. Cancellation of Orders

a. Amount paid for your ordered goods will be refunded should the goods become out of stock.

b. No cancellations/refunds/exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made to us. If we do not receive your payment within 5 days after the payment advice has been sent out via email, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Special arrangements can be made for special cases but will be subjected to the approval of Printspot.

c. Printspot reserves the right to cancel any order as deemed fit.
